Whats the deal?
By taking part in the Murphy USA customer satisfaction survey you will be entered into a sweepstakes for a $100 Murphy gas card. You must be 8 years of age or older, a legal resident of the US and you must complete the survey in full in order to enter. To start the survey you will need:
- 12 digit survey code (can be found at the bottom of your customer receipt)
- time of purchase (located at the top of the receipt in military time)

You can also take the survey over the phone by calling the toll-free number found on the receipt. Please note that phone entries may be available for a limited time only during the sweepstakes period. The drawings will take place around the 10th of every month and each Grand Prize winner will receive a gift card worth $100. These gift cards can only be used at a Murphy USA or Murphy Express and cannot be redeemed for cash.
