A $1,000 Cash prize could be your if you take the Stein Mart survey online after your visit. This cash prize will be awarded per monthly Sweepstakes and is not transferable or substitutable. If you would like to enter the sweepstakes without purchase please go here and provide the requested information (a valid email address will be needed). The winner will be selected around the 6th of the month and they will be contacted by telephone or email within 7 days.
To take the Stein Mart survey online please be sure to have the following items from your customer receipt:
- date of visit (found on the top left hand portion of the receipt)
- 4 digit transaction number (see 1)
- 5 digit store number (found on the top right hand portion of the receipt)
- total amount spent (located at the bottom of the receipt)

Stein Mart has over 250 stores in 29 states and prides themselves as being a better type of discount store… a place where you can spend less without getting less. They provide both men and women clothing as well as accessories such as watches, sunglasses and purses. All Stein Mart purchases are subject to return within 60 days as long as you have the receipt. If you do not have the receipt you may be issued a credit for an in store purchase of your choice.
