What is the deal?
When taking the Sbarro Customer Survey will be asked to answer a few questions about your recent visit and then at the end of the survey you will be presented with coupon code which can be redeemed for the offer that was printed on your invitation to participate in the survey! Be sure to take advantage of this offer and do not lose the code so that you can make sure you are getting some delicious Sbarro for your time spent providing your feedback opinions.
What is needed/what do I need to know about this survey?
You will need the following items (and it will help to know the following) in order to take the survey:
- Internet connection (and a compatible device to take the survey)
- Your Sbarro Survey Code which is included in the invitation to participate on your receipt
- A few minutes of your time will be required to completed the survey
- The survey can be completed in both English and Spanish
The survey should take less than 5 minutes to complete and is powered by the Service Management Group. Please note that their may be an expiration date associated with your survey offer. The thing to keep in mind though is that your best recollection of your experience is going to be very soon following your meal so you should really take it right away (as well as any other survey your are offered regarding your experiences) in order to provide your most accurate opinions.
Sbarro, LLC
Sbarro is a popular pizza chain based out of Melville, Huntington, New York. The chain was founded in 1956 and now has over 100 locations. Besides pizza they also serve pasta, salad and bread sticks. The Spinach & Mushroom is to die for and is a gourmet pan pizza with seasoned spinach, marinated mushrooms, melted mozzarella and our plum tomato pizza sauce. A visit to Sbarro will cost about $7.00 per person.
