Take Rite Aid survey online and you might just win a $1,000 or $100 cash to be awarded in the form of a check!  www.RiteAid.com/storesurvey requires the following information in order to begin:

  1. The cashier code found at the top of your Rite Aid receipt
  2. The 16 digit code found at the bottom of your receipt
  3. Internet Connection

Please note that when you enter the cashier code DO NOT include the # sign.  After you enter the requested information you will have to answer a few brief questions about your visit and then provide your information to enter the $1000 cash sweepstakes.  The total prize package of this sweepstakes includes One (1) Grand Prize, consisting of $1,000 cash to be awarded in the form of a check. Ten (10) First Prizes, each consisting of $100 cash to be awarded in the form of a check.  Odds of winning will be based on how many people enter and the drawing will be held between the 5th and the 10th of each month.  You must be 18 years of age or older in order to participate and a legal resident of the United States.
