The O’Charley’s Customer Survey Experience will require the serial number and server name from your customer receipt in order to begin. Once you have completed the survey you will receive a validation code. Please write this code on your receipt and present on your next visit to take advantage of the coupon offer. Please note that this coupon cannot be used with any other promotions.
O’Charley’s
O’Charley’s is a casual family dining restaurant based out of Nashville TN. They were opened in 1969 by Charlie Watkins and now have over 300 locations nation wide. Popular menu items include the baby back ribs (these are a must try), the country apple pie (great for those with a sweet tooth) and the Home style Pot Roast Diner. They also feature fresh salads, a kids menu and a full bar for the parents. An average visit for a family of four will cost anywhere between $30 to $50 depending on the dishes and drinks ordered. O’Charley’s restaurants can be found in Southern and Midwestern states, they have yet to advance to the West Coast.
