You could win a $2000 GetGo gift card by taking the GetGo Customer Survey and providing your candid feedback on your experience. Simply complete a few survey questions and you will be entered into the GetGo “Customer Satisfaction Survey” Sweepstakes! To take the survey you will need the code from your customer receipt. If you have not visited a GetGo but would like to enter the sweepstakes please write to: 90 Rockwood Place, Rochester NY 14610. Please be sure to include your name, address, phone number, date of birth and email address on a 3×5 index card. You must be 18 years of age to enter and a legal resident of the United States. You are limited to one entry per month by mail or online per person. The drawings will be held on the 5th of every month and the winner will be notified via phone and or mail.
There will be 9 total prizes award during the GetGo “Customer Satisfaction Survey” Sweepstakes. The winner will be responsible for all taxes associated with the prize and the prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
