Whats the Corbon’s Sweepstakes deal?
Complete the Corbon’s short survey online and you will be entered into a monthly drawing for a $250 gift card! The survey requires the 4-digit store location number from your customer receipt to begin. The Coborn’s Customer Survey Sweepstakes will run from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013 but may end at any time without notice. If you would like to enter the drawing without making a purchase please write to: “Coborn’s $250 Monthly GROCERY SWEEPSTAKES – Free Entry”, c/o Retail Survey Group, P.O. Box 699, Plainview, NY 11803. You may enter once every seven days by mail. All drawing will take place around the 1st of every month and the odds of winning depend on how many people enter. The Sponsor of the promotion is the Retail Feedback Group and you must be 18 years of age or older in order to enter.
If you enter the sweepstakes by mail please remember to print your name, complete address, zip code, daytime telephone number, including area code, on a 3” x 5” piece of paper and include it in your mailing. Winners of the Coborn’s Feedback Drawing will be notified within 10 days.

Coborn’s was founded in 1921 by Chester Coborn when he opened his first store on Broadway Avenue. Today you can find a Corbon’s in the states of Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.
