You could win a $50.00 Anna’s Linens Gift Card just for taking a brief survey online in regards to your recent visit to Anna’s Linens. To take the survey you will need the transaction number from your customer receipt. This number can be found at the top of your Anna’s Linens receipt and should be 16 digits long. Please note that you are only allowed one sweepstakes entry, per household, per month. You can also take the survey over the phone by dialing 866-663-9589. There will be a total of forty-three sweepstakes drawings and the gift card will arrive to the lucky winner in 4 to 6 weeks. The card will be delivered via First Class USPS. Total amount of all gift cards given away AnnasFeedback sweepstakes will equal $2,150.00.
