This product registration website allows a customer to register a Proform fitness equipment purchase online. The customer can register a product online regardless if the Proform product was purchased in store or online. The registration process will take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete and registration allows the customer to receive product upgrades and other important information by email. The service also activates the manufactures warranty and makes it easier to obtain customer service help in the event the product is not performing to Proform Standards.
The following information is required when registering a product:
- first and last name
- home phone number
- email address
- model number
- serial number
- date of purchase and the total amount the product cost
The user will also have to answer yes or no to: “did you purchase an extended warranty” and “Would you like a confirmation e-mail?”. The customer will also have the option to opt in to receive special product and service offers from ProForm Customer Service (simply check the box if desired).
