My Online Ticket Tracker
- Allows a customer to track their ticker order online’
- Requires the customers email and Pin #

In the event of a ticket not being received my email please check the spam folder of the provided email before calling the above number. The customer will need Adobe Reader/Acrobat and a working printer to print the tickets.
- Tickets can be printed more than once
- Only one ticket will be scanned in and the other ticket would be considered invalid
- If the customer is not able to print the tickets please restart the computer before attempting to print the tickets again
If the event in questions is cancelled the customer will be reimbursed for 100% of the ticket cost minus the delivery fee if applicable. If the event is rescheduled the original tickets will be honored. The customer should contact the ticket seller ASAP in regards to even refunds and new event postponement dates.
- Store the tickets in a safe, cool, dry place until the day of the event
- If the tickets have been lost or stolen please contact the ticket seller
- Printed tickets carry the same value of hard tickets
- If the customer does not have a printer please check the local public library
